Arctic Elevation

According to signage on the outside of the building, Arctic Elevation is planning to open a new wellness center on Main Street in downtown Bellevue. The facility will be located in the retail space of Main Street Flats, next to Bellden Café.

Founded by David Kostroub, Arctic Elevation was developed following Kostroub’s long-term experience with chronic pain beginning in his teenage years. The company states that this personal experience informed the creation of the center and its range of services.

The Bellevue location will offer a range of wellness and recovery treatments, including IV drip therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, compression therapy, and cold plunge experiences. Additional services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Hydrafacial treatments, Botox services, NAD+ therapy, weight loss programs, and fitness-related offerings.

Arctic Elevation operates on a membership-based model, with monthly memberships starting at $250. Individual service pricing and membership details are listed on the company’s website.

The wellness center currently operates one other location in Washington, in Renton. In total, the company has five locations open and has announced plans to open additional centers in Bellevue as well as in Scottsdale, Arizona; Asheville, North Carolina; Santa Monica, California; and Jacksonville, Florida.
