
Reality Break Escapes, a Bellevue escape room located in Downtown Bellevue, will close its location at the end of February 2026, according to an announcement shared on the company’s Instagram account.
The business cited nearly eight years of operation in Bellevue, during which it hosted escape room experiences for families, friends, date nights, and corporate teams. The company confirmed that the Downtown Bellevue escape room will officially close at the end of February.
Reality Break Escapes opened in June 2018 and was the first escape room in Downtown Bellevue. The venue offered interactive escape room challenges focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and time-based puzzles, making it a popular entertainment option in the Bellevue area.
Owner Brenda Luper opened the Bellevue escape room to connect both the business and residential communities through team-building activities and shared experiences. Over the years, the Downtown Bellevue location became a frequent choice for group outings, corporate events, and recreational activities.
Ahead of the closure, Reality Break Escapes stated that customers still have time to book escape room experiences in Bellevue before the end of February. The company encouraged guests to visit the Downtown Bellevue location during its final weeks of operation.
While the Bellevue escape room is closing, the business will continue operating through its Portable Escape Activations. According to the company, these mobile escape room experiences are designed for corporate events and large groups, serving group sizes ranging from 15 to more than 500 participants.
