Databricks Inc. and Uber Technologies Inc. are in discussions to lease a majority of the office space at Four106, a newly completed office tower in downtown Bellevue, according to a recent report by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Two real estate industry sources told Puget Sound Business Journal that the technology companies are considering leasing approximately 420,000 square feet within the 21-story office building. Four106 is located at 380 106th Avenue Northeast in downtown Bellevue.
The Four106 office tower offers a total of approximately 485,000 rentable square feet and was completed in 2025. If finalized, the potential leases would account for most of the available office space in the building.
According to a person familiar with the matter, Databricks is expected to lease about 250,000 square feet, while Uber could occupy roughly 170,000 square feet. The report noted that both companies could be close to signing leases in the coming months. Because the agreements have not yet been finalized, the terms remain subject to change.
Amenities at the Four106 building include a fitness center with a gym, studio, and locker rooms, as well as a lobby coffee bar. Mendocino Farms, a fast-casual restaurant offering sandwiches and salads, opened adjacent to the building last year, adding dining options near the downtown Bellevue office tower.
Four106 is among the newest office developments in downtown Bellevue.
