Broadstone 200 has received Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue to redevelop a 1.55-acre site at 200 112th Avenue NE with a multi-family residential project in the Downtown-Office Limited Business-South (DT-OLB-S) Land Use District.
The project calls for the demolition of an existing 50,918-square-foot office building and the construction of two residential towers—one eight stories and one nine stories—atop a shared podium. In total, the development will include 304 market-rate apartment units and 406,925 gross square feet of space.
The building, designed by Urbal Architecture, will feature a three-story concrete podium structure consisting of two levels of below-grade parking and five levels of residential space above. The two towers will rise above the podium, creating a combined nine-story maximum height.
Plans include two levels of underground parking with between 304 and 306 stalls, according to project materials, including 198 compact spaces. The development also incorporates street frontage improvements, exterior lighting, and expanded landscaping. As part of the proposal, NE 2nd Street will be widened.
Residential amenities are planned throughout the project, including an indoor gym, clubroom, rooftop and outdoor spaces, co-working areas, a leasing office, lobby, and mail room.
The applicant for the project is Alliance Realty Partners. No phasing of construction is proposed.
Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with completion anticipated by summer 2028.
