French Florist Opens First WA Location in Bellevue

French Florist, a boutique floral brand specializing in handcrafted luxury arrangements, is opening its first Washington State location at 2620 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, with a grand opening celebration today, April 15, 2026. Guests who mention this announcement at the opening will receive a complimentary $30 bouquet.

The new boutique is locally owned and operated by Aaron Moskowitz, who relocated to the Seattle area with his family in 2024. Moskowitz brings an international and multidisciplinary background to the venture: he competed as a skier at the national and international levels before building a career that spanned television production, technology, and business leadership. He later lived and worked in Europe, including France, where he helped expand a premium ski retail brand.

“I want this boutique to be a place where people can experience vibrant colors, even during those long stretches of gray,” Moskowitz said. “My daughters’ creativity inspired me to build a family business that brings beauty and joy to Bellevue, and my international background, including my time in France, made French Florist feel like a natural fit.”

Moskowitz holds an MBA from Cornell University. He cited his time in France as deepening his appreciation for elevated customer experience, design, and hospitality — qualities he aims to bring to the Bellevue location.

The Bellevue boutique will offer same-day flower delivery to Seattle and surrounding Eastside communities, including Redmond, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and Issaquah. The brand’s model centers on handcrafted luxury arrangements and curated gifts for everyday moments, celebrations, and special occasions, with an emphasis on a personalized, high-touch customer experience.

Glenn Anderson, Director of Franchise Growth at French Florist, said the Bellevue market represents an exciting expansion opportunity for the brand. “Aaron’s vision for bringing beauty, warmth and creativity to the community aligns perfectly with our brand,” Anderson said. “We are thrilled to open our first Washington location with an owner who is so committed to creating a memorable experience for local customers.”
