The Bellevue Farmers Market will open for its 23rd season on Thursday, May 21, operating from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The ribbon cutting takes place at 3:00 p.m., with live music from the Haggis Brothers.

Starting in September, hours shift to 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. through the close of the regular Thursday season on October 21. Two Saturday markets are also scheduled: one in October (date TBD) and on November 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Opening day features 19 farmers and growers, 21 prepared and processed food vendors, and 4 artisan crafters. Shoppers can expect fresh flowers, greens, mushrooms, cheeses, sourdough, and plant starts alongside ready-to-eat food, baked goods, and handmade goods for home and personal use.

Some of the vendors on opening day include Alvarez Farms, Collins Family Orchards, Neighbor Lady Cheese, Bluebird Ice Cream, HOLA CAFÉ, J&Y Mobile Creperie, La Pasta, The French Guys, The Mediterranean, and Jason Rogers Woodworking. The full vendor list is available at bellevuefarmersmarket.org.

Fresh food is donated to Hopelink following each market day. Visit Bellevue will be present on opening day.
