A vacant waterfront parcel in Bellevue’s Meydenbauer neighborhood, once owned by Russell Wilson and Ciara, is being developed into a $28 million custom mansion by MacPherson Construction and Design.
The site at 905 Shoreland Drive Southeast was purchased by Shoreland in June 2022 for $9.8 million. The parcel was listed as vacant land in September 2023 for $11.3 million before a significant price reduction.
Plans call for an 8,218-square-foot residence with five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 110 feet of west-facing waterfront. The design includes a main-level primary suite, chef’s kitchen, media room, private office, and multiple entertaining areas.
The lower level is planned as a recreational lower-level with a guest suite, full bar, fitness room, sauna, and an indoor golf room.
Outdoor features include an infinity-edge pool, dual garages with space for five vehicles, and expansive indoor-outdoor living areas with views of the Olympic Mountains and the Seattle skyline.
Building permits are anticipated by August, with dock permit requests also submitted.
Construction is expected to begin as soon as permits are approved, with the project scheduled for completion in 2028. The home is being marketed as fully customizable.
The property sits adjacent to Wilson’s former Bellevue mansion at 905 Shoreland Drive, which sold in May 2024 for $21.25 million after sitting on the market for 743 days with an original asking price of $28 million. Wilson and Ciara had purchased that home in August 2015 for $6.7 million and completed an extensive remodel before listing it. Wilson, now with the Pittsburgh Steelers after being traded from the Denver Broncos, recently sold his Denver home for $21.5 million as well.
