Whether you’re shopping for a new fall wardrobe, furnishing your home or starting your holiday gift list, there’s a lot changing at The Bellevue Collection before the end of the year. New stores and restaurants are opening, and several favorites are reopening with remodeled spaces
The updates have already started. J.Crew reopened in Bellevue Square in September after a complete remodel. The store now has a bigger men’s section, new fixtures and new merchandise. Shoppers will find cashmere sweaters, denim, suiting, dresses, outerwear, shoes and accessories.
Locally owned Snapdoodle Toys & Games will open the Snapdoodle Littles store on Level 3 of Bellevue Square by Kids’ Cove children’ s play area. This location caters to the younger set, ages 0 to 5, and offers age-appropriate toys and gifts.
Looking to refresh your living room before the holidays? Article plans to open its first U.S. store mid-October on Level 2 of Lincoln Square North. The direct-to-consumer brand sells well-priced modern furniture that’s built to last. The store will carry sofas and furniture for the dining room, bedroom and living room, in mid-century, Scandinavian and contemporary styles designed for everyday life.
In early November, performance apparel brand Rhone is expected to open on Level 1 of Bellevue Square, in the former UNTUCKit space across from the LEGO Store.
Later in the month, Wagyu House plans to open on Level 2 of Lincoln Square North, in the former Din Tai Fung space near Lucky Strike. The restaurant serves all-you-can-eat yakiniku, a style of Japanese BBQ where guests cook their meat on grills at the table. Cuts range from American and Australian Wagyu to Japanese A5.
Just in time for holiday shopping, lululemon is moving to a bigger store on Level 2 of Bellevue Square in early December. The new store is in the former Banana Republic space and will carry athletic wear for running, training, yoga and everyday use.
Two longtime Bellevue Square stores are also being remodeled. Everything But Water on Level 2 is closed during construction. The store sells designer swimwear, resortwear and vacation accessories, including bikinis, one-pieces, extended cup sizes and cover-ups.
Ben Bridge Jeweler is remodeling its Level 1 Center Court store and is open in a temporary location in the Macy’s corridor until the work is done. The jeweler has been in business for more than 100 years. It sells diamonds, gemstones, engagement rings, earrings, bracelets and watches, and its staff includes certified gemologists and watchmakers.
Whether you’re browsing new arrivals, trying a new restaurant or checking off your holiday list, there are plenty of reasons to visit The Bellevue Collection this season.
