Dote Coffee Bar is the newest tenant to open at Lincoln Square Expansion. This is the coffee establishment’s first location. According to Dote’s website the company roasts small batches of direct trade green coffee. In addition to your traditional coffee experience, Dote will offer the ability to mix it on the bar with their signature chocolate, ice cream or booze. Being that they’ve just opened if they ever decided to expand to the UK they might benefit from companies such as these coffee roasters that sell coffee beans wholesale, offer barista training services and even lease coffee machines if needed, ideal for start up coffee shops.
The project is being launched by Sarah Doud and partner Ewald Notter, who is a world class chocolatier and pastry chef.
