The Agency Seattle has officially opened its new Old Bellevue office on Main Street, marking the brokerage’s latest expansion into the region. The opening comes ahead of a second location planned for Madison Park in Seattle, which is scheduled to debut in January 2026.

Both offices are part of the company’s continued effort to grow its Pacific Northwest presence while integrating lifestyle, art, and community programming into its real estate operations, according to a press release.

The newly opened Bellevue office begins with 35 brokers and plans to expand to 75. In addition to serving as a brokerage hub, the space will host community gatherings, art showcases, and events through a partnership with The Agency Art House, led by CEO Mauricio Umansky and art advisor Arushi Kapoor. The rotating gallery program will feature both local and international artists.

“The Agency Seattle’s Old Bellevue office is more than just a workspace — it’s a curated experience,” says Managing Partner Jen Cameron. “We wanted to create a gathering place where our agents, clients, and community can connect through art, design, and meaningful conversation. Real estate is deeply personal, and this space reflects that human, creative side of what we do.”

The 1,600-square-foot space was designed by Seattle interior designer Caren Currie, whose work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Interior Design, and Contract Magazine. The design incorporates an Art Deco aesthetic, including four 40-inch chandeliers, custom gold detailing, and a mural by urban artist Morgan Zion.

Currie’s vision for the office was to create “a living room for Main Street,” with open layouts, original black-and-white checkered floors, and bold yet inviting finishes.

Cameron noted that the firm is investing in a smaller, lifestyle-oriented brokerage model centered on collaboration and community engagement. The upcoming Madison Park office will reflect that same approach, offering a neighborhood-driven environment supported by The Agency’s global network.

According to the company, the Madison Park team will provide a fully curated client experience, including access to resources related to art, interior design, travel, and relocation.

Cameron brings over 26 years of real estate experience across the Pacific Northwest and New York regions, with more than $1 billion in sales. Her woman-owned brokerage is also known for its philanthropic work, earning The Agency’s Red Heart Award for community impact.
