Nordstrom Rack Bellevue is the company’s off-price store in Lincoln Square South, at 500 Bellevue Way NE, Suite 145 — the Bellevue Collection block directly across NE 8th Street from Bellevue Square and the full-line Nordstrom that anchors it. The 43,000-square-foot store carries women’s and men’s apparel and shoes, kids’ clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories, beauty and home décor at markdown, with free same-day buy-online pickup, ship-to-store and online returns handled at the counter. Lincoln South Food Hall is across the corridor, which makes this the easiest deal run in downtown to pair with lunch.
DBN reported the store from the December 2016 announcement, when Nordstrom Rack’s president said the chain’s best stores sit next to full-line locations and it had long wanted a spot near Nordstrom Bellevue Square, through the September 7, 2017 opening with its Rally at the Rack giveaway — the eighth Rack in Washington and the second in Bellevue after Factoria. The archive picks it up again among the first Collection stores reopening for in-person shopping in July 2020, and in the holiday shopping guides since.

Weekday mornings are the calm window and the freshest racks; weekends and the back-to-school weeks bring the crowds and the picked-over sizes. The stretch after Nordstrom’s July Anniversary Sale and the run-up to the holidays are when the Rack’s turnover is fastest.

Lincoln Square eats well: try Fogo de Chão on the Bellevue Way side of the same block for the churrasco lunch, Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi at the top of the Lincoln Square South tower when the deal run earns a view, or Earls across the plaza at Lincoln Square North for a patio table.
