Bellevue Club Hotel in Downtown Bellevue.
The 66-room boutique hotel attached to the Bellevue Club, just south of downtown off 112th Ave SE — you stay for the club, the pools, and the spa, and take the complimentary town car into town.
Bellevue Club Hotel is the 66-room boutique hotel attached to the Bellevue Club, the member-owned athletic and social club at SE 6th Street and 112th Avenue SE. It bills itself as the premier boutique hotel on the Eastside and a luxury stay, and the pitch is club access: every guest gets the perks of membership in the 200,000-square-foot club next door — two indoor pools and an outdoor pool, a two-level whirlpool, workout studios, tennis, The Links virtual golf studio, and the full-service Spa — plus four dining venues on the campus (Cosmos, Polaris, Splash, and the market). Be honest about the map, though: this is just south of downtown, not in it. The hotel’s own homepage puts shopping and restaurants “a town car ride away” and runs a complimentary town car into downtown, first come, first served through the concierge; East Main Station is the nearest 2 Line stop.
The club opened in 1979 and the hotel in February 1995 with 67 rooms, and DBN has covered it since 2010 — a fashion show, the 40th anniversary, and, under its earlier name Hotel Bellevue, the club-and-spa pitch that has not changed. The property closed for more than a year and a half of renovation and reopened in late 2021 as Bellevue Club Hotel: neutral palettes with Pacific Northwest accents, Italian-stone walk-in showers, in-room voice assistants, and touchless keys. Since 2023 the club has also been pursuing two 16-story residential towers on the campus, which DBN has followed through renderings and design review. Note that several of DBN’s hotel posts were sponsored articles.
It is the pick for a wellness weekend, a spa stay, or a family that will live in the pools; for hotels you can walk out of into the Collection see our guide to downtown Bellevue hotels.

Getting There & When to Go
The campus sits south of Main Street off 112th Ave SE, so the nearest light rail is East Main Station and the easiest way into downtown is the hotel’s town car.
Getting There & Parking
- Drive: On the Bellevue Club campus; the hotel site does not publish whether it is valet or self-park or what it costs, so ask the front desk when you book. The entrance is off SE 6th St, a short drive south of Main Street on 112th Ave SE.
- Light rail: 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station, or one stop south to East Main Station, the closest stop to the hotel; from there it is a walk south along 112th Ave SE to SE 6th, or ask the concierge about the complimentary town car — see our light rail guide
- On foot: This is not a walk-to-downtown address: figure on the complimentary town car or a rideshare for Old Main and the Collection. On the campus itself the club, the Spa, the pools, and all four dining venues are steps from the lobby.
Best Times to Go
Summer is outdoor-pool season and the busiest stretch for the club side of the stay; weekend brunch at Splash is the meal to plan around. The event calendar — weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations, per the hotel — drives weekend occupancy the rest of the year, so book early for wedding-season weekends.
What’s Nearby
Downtown is a town car ride, not a walk, so plan the evening around it: book John Howie Steak at The Bravern, north up 112th, Wild Ginger in the same Bravern complex, or the rest of downtown with our things-to-do guide once the car drops you at the Collection.
Good to Know
As of August 2026: dog-friendly, two dogs maximum, for a per-pet fee, and only in the ground-floor Club rooms; no cats. The complimentary town car runs daily on a first-come, first-served basis through the concierge. Cancellation is the day before arrival; check the policies page on the hotel site. Check-in is in the afternoon. The Eclipse Boutique is in the Club lobby, and the Spa offers in-room massage.
