Hilton Bellevue is the big conference hotel on the southeast corner of downtown: 338 rooms at 300 112th Ave SE, on the I-405 side of the core, directly across the street from East Main Station on the 2 Line. Hilton’s own copy splits the difference between “in” and “near” downtown, and that is fair — The Bravern is about a half mile north, Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square about a mile west, so this is a drive-or-train address rather than a stroll to the shops. What it offers instead is scale: roughly 36,000 square feet of event space including the Bellevue Grand Ballroom and a 33,840-square-foot Exhibit Hall, a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, and every room class with a balcony and a sofa sleeper. Solarium Kitchen and Bar handles meals and the lobby bar; The Coffee Bar pours Starbucks in the lobby.

DBN has been writing about events at this address since 2008 — the Boys & Girls Club auction, KidsQuest’s Gingerbread Lane, MamaCon, holiday brunches at what was then Basil’s Kitchen. Wig Properties bought the hotel in December 2016 and, in 2022, filed the East Main Village master plan for the Hilton and neighboring Red Lion parcels; DBN covered both the initial six-tower filing and the June 2022 revision, and has reported no permit activity since. As of August 2026 the hotel is open and taking bookings on hilton.com.

It is the practical choice for a conference, a group block, or anyone arriving by light rail; for a hotel inside the shopping core see our guide to downtown Bellevue hotels.

Logistics

Getting There & When to Go

The hotel sits at the I-405 edge of downtown, and East Main Station — not Bellevue Downtown Station — is the stop across the street.

Getting There & Parking

  • Drive: On-site self-parking for a daily fee, secured, with in-and-out privileges; hilton.com lists no valet. EV chargers (Tesla and J1772) are complimentary for overnight guests with a parking pass from the front desk. The 112th Ave SE entrance is between Main St and SE 8th, one interchange off I-405.
  • Light rail: 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station, or, closer still, one stop south to East Main Station, which sits directly across 112th Ave SE from the hotel entrance — see our light rail guide
  • On foot: East Main Station is across 112th. The Bravern is about a half mile north up 112th per hilton.com; Old Main and the Bellevue Collection are roughly a mile west along Main Street and Bellevue Way — a real walk, or two light-rail stops.

Best Times to Go

This is a conference hotel, so the crowd follows the calendar in the ballrooms and at Meydenbauer Center: convention weeks fill the lobby and the parking lot, and quiet weekends are when rates and the pool are most relaxed. Summer is outdoor-pool season; the holiday season brings the events that have filled the ballroom for years.

What’s Nearby

The Bravern is the natural dinner move from here: book John Howie Steak at The Bravern for the big steakhouse night, Wild Ginger in the same complex for Pacific Rim plates, or Cantinetta on Old Main if you head west.

Good to Know

As of August 2026: pet-friendly rooms for dogs and cats, two pets maximum, for a non-refundable fee; a full breakfast is available for a fee; the property is smoke-free; the outdoor pool is seasonal. Hilton lists no airport shuttle. Avis and Budget rental desks operate on the ground floor. Check-in is in the afternoon; the hotel-info page on hilton.com carries the current details.

Frequently Asked

Hilton Bellevue FAQ

Where is the Hilton Bellevue?

At 300 112th Ave SE, on the southeast edge of downtown Bellevue, directly across 112th from East Main Station on the 2 Line. Hilton puts The Bravern about a half mile north and Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square about a mile away. Note the address: 100 112th Ave NE, a few blocks north, was the former Sheraton site, not the Hilton.

How do you book the Hilton Bellevue?

Direct on hilton.com, where the property page carries current rates, Hilton Honors pricing, and the pet-friendly room options. The hotel also supports Digital Key through the Hilton app.

Where do you park at the Hilton Bellevue?

On-site self-parking for a daily fee, with in-and-out privileges; as of August 2026 hilton.com lists no valet. There are EV chargers on site, complimentary for overnight guests who pick up a parking pass at the front desk.

What makes the Hilton Bellevue different from the other downtown hotels?

Scale and the light rail. With 338 rooms and about 36,000 square feet of event space, it is one of the largest conference hotels in Bellevue, and East Main Station is across the street, which no other downtown hotel can say. The trade-off is location: it sits at the I-405 edge of downtown rather than in the shopping core.

Is the Hilton Bellevue being redeveloped?

Not as of August 2026. In 2022 owner Wig Properties proposed the East Main Village master plan for the Red Lion and Hilton parcels, and DBN covered both filings, but the hotel remains open and taking reservations, and DBN has not reported new permit activity since. Check DBN’s coverage for any updates.
