Yahoo announced in October its plans to lease nearly 120,000 square feet in the East building at One Twelfth @ Twelfth and now, only 8 months later, they have decided to market 60,000 square feet of space for sublease. Floors 3 and 4 are being marketed as available, allowing for occupancy in August of 2008. At the rate Microsoft leases space these days it would be humorous if Yahoo became Microsoft’s sub-landlord.
