Fisker Karma Bellevue DealershipFisker, a new luxury sports car hybrid automotive company, has opened a small dealership in Downtown Bellevue. The dealership is owned by the O’Brien Auto Group, which owns Lexus of Bellevue and several other dealerships in the Puget Sound area.

Fisker started delivering the Fisker Karma in the 2nd half of 2011. According to the salesperson at the dealership, the network of dealers is about 50 nationwide. The Fisker Karma is a plug-in hybrid, which means that it runs on both electricity and gas. The 4-door sports car gets 20 – 52 mpg according to the EPA.

Pricing starts at $102,000 for the basic model and tops out at $116,000. Customers can also qualify for a $7,500 tax credit on their income taxes when purchasing a Fisker Karma.

The dealership is located in an unexpected space, next door to several restaurants, a massage parlor, a gun store, and other stores within a strip mall. It is not where you typically expect a luxury car dealership to be. The property is a part of the long-term expansion plan for Washington Square. The location has primary visibility on NE 8th St. and a high level of traffic outside, which is likely the reason it was chosen.

Servicing for the vehicles will take place at Lexus of Bellevue.

The dealership is open Monday – Saturday at 10692 NE 8th St., Bellevue, WA, 98004.

  1. Sounds like that strip mall won’t be torn down anytime soon.

  2. I was thinking the same thing. What a strange location for a car that sells for $100K+. Being a busy intersection with everyone trying to make sure they are in the right lane to get to bellsq, I don’t think they will get all the eyeballs they are expecting to compensate for a non-premium location. Tesla is set up much better at the heart of the mall. But then again, I am sitting in a coffee shop not running the marketing for a multi-billion dollar car manufacturer 🙂

  3. I actually saw it and was wondering “is that a Ferrari or Aston or Tesla”?

So at least for me their eyeball strategy worked lol.

  4. *shrug* better than the check cashing place that was there before. Maybe next the gun store will turn into a Tiffany’s.

  5. @KD One could only hope! 😉
