Daniel’s Broiler in Bellevue has opened a “bar within a bar.” According to Daniel’s Broiler the new bar, Prime 21 has a dark wood and onyx look, giving it a feel of a modern day speakeasy.
The bar will feature wordily crafted cocktails with bourbon, scotch and rum. Some of the selections include: James Pepper 1776 15 Year Old Rye, Bat Masterson’s Rye, George T. Stagg, Glenfiddich Malt Masters, Glenfiddich 21 Year, Macallan 25 Year to name a few.
Prime 21 only features cocktails, so you will not find any beer or wine. If your desperate for these drinks, they’re still available to be served to you from the bar kitchen menu.
