Target Corporation has decided against opening a new Target store at the corner of Northeast Fourth Street and 116th Avenue Northeast, in Bellevue’s Wilburton neighborhood, according to The Bellevue Reporter.
As a result, the City of Bellevue has stopped work on a development agreement with Target Corp. City council members have said that the property is now open for another big box store, such as Costco.
