According to MLS listings, 19 condominiums at Washington Square have had price increases ranging from 4 – 5%.

Washington Square condominiums first went on sale in late 2007. Over the years some of the units were rented out. The units that have increased their pricing are being sold by the original developer. The homes range from $628K – $979K.
