The South Commons at The Bellevue Collection where JCPenney previously occupied space at Bellevue Square will have its first wave of new store openings within the coming weeks. UNIQLO opens this week on Friday, November 6th and Zara will open the following week on Wednesday, November 11th. The Bellevue Collection announced its newest store on Tuesday, House of Hoops. The store is a new Foot Locker concept, which will open in mid-November.
“We could not be happier with the collection of stores coming to the South Common and throughout The Collection in time for the holiday season,” says Jennifer Leavitt, vice president of marketing for The Bellevue Collection.
Other stores that have recently opened at the Bellevue Collection include: Allen Edmonds, Robert Graham, Fuego, Crabtree and Evelyn, and Soft Surroundings. Seasonal stores that have been added in time for the holidays include: Go! Games & Toys, Harry and David, Brookstone and Macy’s Holiday Lane.
The Bellevue Collection has created what they are calling “Social Spot” with a charging table and areas for shoppers to relax. Shoppers are encouraged to participate in a social media contest by using the hashtag #MyCollectionStory for how they see themselves at The Bellevue Collection. The contest will run through Jan 1, 2016 and winners will be drawn every week for a $100 prize and a grand winner at the end will win a $500.
This new wing looks like it was always there.
I agree, this wing does not appear to be any different than the rest of the mall. It would of been nice to give it another look like the Shops at the Bravern or something more modern(Dubai Mall/more glass on the roof). Hopefully the Bellevue Square Expansion coming up will give us that new look.
