One88, Bellevue’s first new high-rise condominium in nearly a decade, is set to break ground on September 12th.
The 21-story residential tower, located at the intersection of Bellevue Way Northeast and Northeast second, is surrounded by multiple dining and shopping options, in addition to the Bellevue Downtown Park.
Bosa Development expects that sales will begin in early 2018 and completion will take place in early 2020.
One88 features approximately 147 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouse residences. Amenities include an indoor pool, third-floor outdoor terrace, children’s playroom, fitness center, and ground-floor retail. The condominium will have a range of views, including; Lake Washington, mountains and greenery.
