Nestled between the Westin and the new W hotel on 6th street, Central Bar + Restaurant is officially open.

Joseph and Randi Brazen, owners of 520 Bar and Grill since 2006, as well as founders and owners of Brazen Sotheby’s International realty, aspire to have Central Bar and Restaurant become a popular social establishment that locals frequent.

The Brazen family is deeply embedded in the community of Bellevue. They are very involved with Bellevue LifeSpring, Joseph being LifeSpring’s President, and all three of their daughters play an important role in their real estate and restaurant businesses. The family has been living in Bellevue for over twenty years and is dedicated to watching and helping the community thrive.

With an inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and timeless decor of dark steel, warm leather and a plentiful amount of glass, it is the perfect space for a cocktail and intimate dining with family, friends and business associates.

Central Bar and Restaurant offers modern American cuisine with dishes like pear and butternut squash soup, avocado toast, and their much anticipated burger. They are open for lunch, dinner and happy hour.

The restaurant and bar is 3,700 square feet and can accommodate up to 135 guests. A special feature about Central is that along with its outdoor space, it includes a tree lit alley nuzzled next to the Bellevue Arts Museum.
