Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi, located on the 31st floor of Bellevue’s Lincoln South Tower is now open for weekday lunch. This is the only restaurant in Bellevue that allows guests to experience 360 degree views, including the Seattle skyline, the Cascade Range, Mount Rainier, Lake Washington and more.

The weekday lunch menu features a 3-course prix fixe menu or a curated selection of a la carte choices. Lunch is served on Monday through Friday from 11am to 2:30pm in the main dining room, bar, and sushi bar. Reservations and walk-ins are both acceptable.

There are 5 starter choices, 7 main choices, and 3 dessert options for $31. A portion of the proceeds will support “31 Lives”, a program designed to fund opportunities for aspiring culinarians and contribute professional resources to elevate culinary education in the Puget Sound. It is anticipated that diners can expect lunch to take from about 60 to 75 minutes in total.

Some food options include caesar salad with optional wood-fired proteins like chicken, wagyu beef, or salmon, crispy curry chicken sandwich, plant-based azuki edamame burger, prime “dry-aged” ribeye steak, oysters, contemporary sushi rolls, sorbet trio and more.

The full bar is open during lunch hours offering wines by the glass or bottle, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. The Ascend Bloody Mary and Grand Mimosa have been the most popular choices so far.

  1. The views are not 360-degree. The restaurant has only half of the top floor, so it’s about 180-degree views.
