An application for design review has been submitted by Vulcan to the City of Bellevue for approval. Vulcan owns the land at 555 108th Avenue Northeast.

According to a permit, approval is pending to construct a 42-story office tower, over a two-story podium, and six levels of below grade parking. This project would total almost 1.5M gross square feet.

An adjacent, single-story pavilion structure has also been proposed, totaling 20,662 gross square feet. This would be inclusive of 1,016 parking stalls, six below-grade parking levels and other ground level active uses.

There are other improvements that would be made to the area like outdoor plaza space, landscaping, through-block pedestrian connections and construction of a 30-foot wide section of the Downtown Pedestrian Corridor.

The building is proposed where retailers such as Blazing Bagels, Ooba Tooba Mex Grill, Nibbana Thai Cookery, and others currently occupy space.

The site was purchased by Vulcan July 2017.
