The restaurant and lounge, Scotty Browns, has closed at the Elements Apartments building in downtown Bellevue at 958 111th Ave NE. The restaurant opened in February of 2014. If you’re still craving Scotty Browns, there are two locations in Bellingham still open and available to visit.
The restaurant will be replaced by Cielo Cocina Mexicana according to signage up at the location that is posted on the door. According to a representative the new restaurant is planned to open on Monday, March 18.
