Molly Moon’s Ice Cream is coming to Bellevue, according to a recently filed city permit for tenant improvements. The new location is planned across the street from Bellevue Downtown Park, at 10045 Northeast 1st Street. The Bellevue location will be going into already existing retail space at a condominium building.

This will be the popular ice-creamery’s first location in Bellevue. Other nearby locations include Wallingford, Capitol Hill, Madrona, Queen Anne, University Village, Redmond and Columbia City.

Molly Moon’s partners with local farmers and producers to give fresh, local flavors to their customers. Their daily menu features fourteen flavors; ten flavors that are year-round and four seasonal options that rotate with what’s fresh in the Pacific Northwest. Some of the staple flavors include sweet cream, melted chocolate, salted caramel, union coffee and ‘scout’ mint.

The ice cream shop donates 1% of sales to food banks, equity organizations, women and girl empowerment initiatives, local arts organizations more, each year. They also donate over 3,200 scoops of ice cream every year to raise money for local non-profits.

  1. ?MM Scout Mint in my backyard!!! ??

  2. If it’s in the Fumi’s Gold space it’s quite small. Still, a good ice cream shop is a staple of a downtown… glad we have one. Wish they went into Local Burger!

  3. YAY!!! and a great location!
