Impossible Foods launched a new version of their signature Impossible Burger in January 2019 that features 30% less sodium, 40% less saturated fat, has just as much protein as ground beef from cows, and is cholesterol free. One Impossible Burger saves the equivalent of 96% less land, 87% less water and 89% fewer emissions. According to Impossible Foods’ website, their new and improved plant-based patty is juicier, tastier and more nutritious, and according to our taste testing, has the flavor, texture and look that is almost identical to that of an actual hamburger.
