The new Xfinity store is now open at Bellevue Square, located on Bellevue way Northeast, in the spot that Red Robin previously occupied. This is Comcast’s second premier store in the United States, with the other being at their headquarters in Philadelphia.

The 8,400 square-foot retail establishment is focused on changing the customer experience to that of an enjoyable and positive connection with the Xfinity brand. The store features a 23-foot long, six-foot tall video wall, flat screen TVs and X1 pods. Customers are invited to test out Comcast’s Xfinity X1, a TV and entertainment service, with the X1 voice remote and integrated Netflix and Amazon Prime Video content, and to learn about Xfinity internet speeds, Xfinity Voice service and their home security system.

The Bellevue premier location carries retail merchandise that complements their services, like Xfinity Home accessories, HDMI cords, home phones and more. The store also carries Apple products like the iPhone, iPad and phone cases, as well as Samsung phones.

Consumers can check-in with a consultant upon arrival and explore the store while waiting for their appointment. There are express kiosks for customers who would like to make a quick transaction or pay their bill without having to wait in line.

Since 2011, Comcast has invested $2.5 billion in its infrastructure and technology. The store is planning to continue to grow and evolve its products as technology advances.

Representatives for the company communicated that customers can expect top notch customer service and an environment that is fun and comfortable to come and spend time in. From their community table with built-in chargers, to their art wall created by a local Seattle artist and future community events, Xfinity is attempting to transform the company into an experiential lifestyle brand.

Xfinity is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30AM to 9:30PM and Sunday from 11AM to 7PM.
