A new apartment complex is planned to be built at 1036 100th Avenue Northeast, Pinnacle Apartments. The development is located next to Lux Apartments, and one block from QFC. An application for design review approval has been submitted.

The proposed project includes a six-story multi-family residential building with 104 units and 110 parking stalls in a two-level underground parking garage, as well as a fitness facility on the first floor. The plan is to begin by demolishing the current residency and garage. There will be public transportation available within one block of the site.

The project is slated to begin construction in summer of 2020 and reach completion by the end of 2021. Nearby residential neighborhoods may be interested to know that the hours of operation for construction are scheduled between 7AM and 3:30PM.
