A new high-rise condo building is under-construction as of this week in downtown Bellevue. “MARI”, located at 10232 Northeast 10th Street, is planned to be 20 stories high. The building broke ground on October 13.
Located near retail and residential neighborhoods, the high-rise will feature 138 condominiums, with studio, one-, one+den-, two, and three-bedroom homes. The building will include two levels of amenities, and a two-story retail podium. There will be three levels of below grade parking in the garage, with 160 stalls.
Amenities for the building include a rooftop deck, sky lounge, private dining room, library, fitness center, yoga studio, and pet spa. 24/7 onsite concierge services will be offered.
The interior will be mixed with traditional and modern flair, as well as a Pacific Northwest-inspired design.
Create World Real Estate, a Seattle-area real estate firm, specializing in development, is the owner of the project. The lead architect is Bellevue-based MZA, and the designer for the interior space is award-winning design firm, B + H.
According to a representative for Create World Real Estate, the target completion date is late 2023.
Pricing has not yet been released.

Located nearby on the corner of Northeast 10th Street, a new mixed-use residential project has been submitted to the City of Bellevue. The project, “Bell 10”, is planned to be seven floors with 102 apartment units and ground floor commercial space. Columbia Bank is currently located on the site.
This is right next door to Mira development…… I find it funny they used the same letters in the name as the next door neighbor.
Also it will block light/views for the South side of Mira. That seems to be happening a lot….. buildings so close together now.
