According to City of Bellevue records, Farine Bakery & Cafe will be opening inside of Brio Apartments in Downtown Bellevue. The address is 11196 Northeast 10th Street.
The space will be 5,670 square feet, and includes a remodeled kitchen, barista station, and dining room. The bakery will be able to have a seating count of up to 98.
We reached out to Farine’s Bakery and received confirmation of the news. The date of move-in is unknown at this time.
Featured on their menu are all day breakfast items like eggs Benedict croissant, quiche du jour, and housemate granola, breads and pastries like French baguette, multiple croissant options like chocolate, ham and cheese, and classic, and scones. They also offer dessert items such as Belgian chocolate brownie, palmier, and salted caramel eclair. Waffles, tartness, and baguette sandwiches are also available.
Drink options include espresso specialty drinks like a caramel latte, Belgian mocha, and matcha macchiato, as well as lemonades, cider, and a selection of teas.
This will be Farine’s first location in Bellevue. They also have a location that will remain open in Redmond.
