Indulge in delicious cuisine and romantic ambiance this Valentine’s Day at the popular neighborhood eatery, Central Bar + Restaurant. Featuring a four-course meal with two different options, Central’s holiday dinner also offers speciality cocktails and a complimentary glass of champagne.

The menu features four different courses: starter, soup or salad, entree, and dessert. Some of the options include crab cake, salmon chowder, surf & turf, macadamia nut halibut, and chocolate torte.

Along with their chef-curated menu, their Bar Manager, Kyle, has created two hand-crafted specialty cocktails that pair perfectly with the meal. The Raspberry Beret includes Tito’s Vodka, Raspberry Cordial, lemon, topped with Domain St. Michelle Brut Rosé. The other curated option, Night on the Town, includes Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, lemon, simple, shaken with egg white, and floated with Gascon Malbec.

Valentine’s Day dinner costs $95 per person and includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco to toast with your guest.

The Brazen family opened Central in 2017. Owners, Joseph and Randi Brazen, opened their first restaurant, 520 Bar and Grill, on Main Street in 2006. They also run a family-owned real estate team at Brazen Windermere. The Brazen family has been living in Bellevue for over twenty years and is dedicated to helping the community thrive.
