A new concept gym is open in Bellevue, bringing intensity to another level. Shred415 is located on 106th Avenue Northeast. The address is 1032 106th Avenue Northeast.

Shred415 is an instructor-led high interval training class that targets all muscle groups. Each workout is divided into four 15-minute intervals, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training.

According to their website, people who participate in the Shred workout will burn 500 to 1200 calories every class and keep burning them even once the class is over. Many people start seeing results within four weeks.

Shred415 is also on-demand, and those interested can sign-up and get the first seven days free on their website. Classes range from 10 to 60 minutes and modifications are offered to get the workout that is most appropriate for your body.

Three different packages are available, 8-pack Shredder membership, 12-pack Shredder membership, and Ultimate Shredder. Private classes are available.

Childcare is available for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years of age. They have a designated playroom full stocked with toys and other items to keep everyone safe and entertained.

Complimentary lockers and towel service is provided, as well as full-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries.

Shred415 was founded in 2011 by Chicago fitness experts, Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer, who wanted to create an efficient workout that integrated cardio and strength training. There are now nine different locations throughout the United States, with two being in Washington. This is the first Shred415 to open on the Eastside.
