Yoga instructor, Laurie Sasser, will be hosting yoga classes at Bellevue Downtown Park over the summer. This will begin on June 4th, and go through August 27th. Classes are every Saturday at 10am.

Cost of admission is $5 per session. To participate in all summer Saturday classes, the cost is a total of $65. Yoga students are asked to bring their own yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and layers.

Laurie began Yoga in the Park in the summer of 2021 and found that everyone enjoyed practicing outside at The Bellevue Downtown Park. Her goal is to create community, allow yoga to be accessible and easy, and to create a space to meet other like-minded individuals.

The class typically has about 30 to 40 people. There will be white banners that say “Yoga in the Park” designating the location on the grass.

The class is a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow Class.
