Crescent Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Sydney, recently submitted a Master Development Plan application to the City of Bellevue. The development, Crest Holdings, is a residential mixed-use project, to be constructed in two phases. The site address is 929 109th Avenue Northeast.
According to the application, the project consists of a two phase development with Phase one featuring an eight-story mixed-use, multi-family building and associated site improvements on the existing Pacific Regent parking lot along Northeast 10th Street. Phase Two will consist of a 22-story mixed-use, multi-family building and associated site improvements on adjoining lots along 109th Avenue to the east.
The first phase of construction for Crest Holdings is slated to begin March 2025 and end about two years later, in August 2027. The second phase is set to begin construction in September 2027 and reach completion in December 2029. The total square footage of the project once both phases are complete will total 566,687 square feet.
The residential space, which will be apartments, is noted to have a total of 506 units after both phases are complete.
The existing Pacific Regent Tower building will remain.
The architect for the project is Weber Thompson, who also worked on Bellevue projects such as Avenue Bellevue and interior design for The Bravern. Their current project at Avenue Bellevue is a mixed-use destination, consisting of residential, retail and restaurant space. There are two residential towers, InterContinental Hotel, and more than 75,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
Closeby is Dilettante Mocha Cafe, which has been open at Bellevue Plaza Center since 2021. This location offers coffee drinks, pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Specializing in chocolate, their menu features mochas, hot chocolate, espresso, coffee, and other signature drinks.
Also nearby is GIS Plaza, located at 930 109th Avenue Northeast. This mixed-use residential building features six stories of residences, retail, and office space. It also features a state-of-the-art access control system and cutting-edge auto valet parking garage.
That site map is useless and deceptive! Why even show the building without it being situated in its rightful surroundings?
The site address is 919 109th Ave NE. It’s the parking lot immediately across NE 10th St from Ashwood Playfield.
