All the penthouses at Avenue Bellevue have now been sold, according to a representative for the development. The latest sale was penthouse 2603, a 2,871-square-foot unit that sold for $8,975,000.

Avenue Bellevue still has a great selection of studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes available at both Avenue Residences and Avenue Estates.

In July 2023, Avenue Bellevue set a new price record for condominiums in Washington state. A penthouse on the 26th floor of Avenue Estates sold for $14.35 million, making it the highest-priced condominium ever recorded in the state. This expansive 4,781-square-foot residence includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 1,000 square feet of outdoor space.

The South Tower of the development includes 141 “Estate Homes,” while the West Tower offers 224 “Residences.” The South Tower also hosts the InterContinental Hotel, featuring 208 hotel rooms, event spaces, and restaurants. Both residents and guests enjoy access to a gym, and a dedicated concierge team. A plaza connects the two towers at Avenue Bellevue.

Situated at the intersection of Northeast 8th Street and Bellevue Way, the hotel offers 208 rooms, with rates ranging from the $500s to $7,200 per night. The guest rooms and suites feature expansive windows, bespoke headboards, and furnishings crafted from Italian vegan leather.

The property currently features Jo Malone, known for its iconic perfumes, and Fleur Studio, offering luxury floral experiences. Guests can also enjoy Ce La Vie, the hotel’s upscale lobby bar and lounge, and Fresco, which serves contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine for breakfast.

InterContinental Bellevue will soon offer Michelin-star dining by Joshua Skenes and a Spanish tapas restaurant, Teleferic Barcelona. Additional services include an enhanced Clefs d’Or concierge program and 24/7 room service. Future amenities will include a dedicated butler-serviced floor, a bespoke Rolls-Royce house car service, and access to an ultra-luxury yacht.

Avenue Bellevue is the result of a collaboration between Seattle-based award-winning firms Weber Thompson and CollinsWoerman, along with Hirsch Bedner Associates, the world’s largest hospitality design firm. This convergence of design expertise has shaped the project’s distinctive aesthetic.

  1. The Joshua Skenes restaurant was removed last week from the hotel website. Any insight there?
