Spirit Halloween will be opening a Downtown Bellevue pop-up shop. Located at the Old Toys ‘R Us building, a sign has been hung up on the window that the store will be opening soon. The address is 103 110th Avenue Northeast.
The store offers Halloween costumes for kids, adults, cats, and dogs, as well as accessories and decorations. Visit their website to claim a 20% off coupon for one item.
Spirit Halloween also has a location open in Factoria in what used to be Bartell Drugs. The Halloween store has more than 1,500 stores throughout the United States.
Plans for this site involve a major redevelopment project. Hines Development has submitted a Land Use application to the City of Bellevue for a multi-use development totaling 1.4 million square feet at 103 110th Avenue Northeast.
The site, which currently features buildings that once housed Office Depot and Toys R Us, will be cleared, with all existing structures set to be demolished. The 6.75-acre property is situated between Main and Second Streets and 108th and 110th Avenues Northeast.
