Food trucks will continue to operate at City Hall Plaza in Bellevue, Washington, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through at least the end of 2024. This initiative, a collaboration with the Washington State Food Truck Association, has attracted substantial crowds.

The food trucks are stationed along 110th Avenue Northeast, where seating is available for visitors. The program was initially extended through October but has recently announced additional dates through December 17.

The lineup for upcoming food trucks includes:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 12: Impeckable Chicken
  • Thursday, Nov. 14: Paparepas
  • Tuesday, Nov. 19: Mobile Mayan

The food truck program is part of Bellevue’s Grand Connection initiative, which aims to improve connectivity and create more inviting public spaces throughout downtown. The city recognizes food trucks as vital to the local business ecosystem, showcasing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of their operators.

In addition to food options, the city has enhanced the plaza experience by providing tables, chairs, lawn games, and photo opportunities, including selfie stations with the giant #BVUE letters.

Bellevue officials plan to explore additional interactive installations and activities to enrich the environment further.
