Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi

Ascend Restaurant has announced its plans to resume operations after a temporary closure due to a power outage. While the restaurant expects power to be fully restored by November 25th, it will officially reopen on Thursday, November 28th, with a special “Carts & Carousels” Thanksgiving Brunch.

The restaurant’s team emphasized their commitment to providing outstanding dining experiences and confirmed that regular dinner service will resume on Friday, November 29th. Brunch service is set to return on Saturday, December 7th.

In a statement, Ascend expressed gratitude for the community’s support during this disruption and eagerly anticipates welcoming guests back as they reopen their doors.

Located on the 31st floor of Bellevue’s Lincoln South Tower, Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience with stunning 360-degree views. Guests can take in panoramic sights of the Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, the Cascade Range, and Lake Washington.

The menu combines the bold flavors of an American steakhouse with the techniques of a Japanese sushi bar, incorporating Asian ingredients.

Dinner, happy hour, and weekend brunch are available, with hours varying.
