Master Bing, a fast-casual Chinese restaurant, is open at Brio Apartments in Bellevue. The restaurant is located on the second level of the complex’s retail space at 11116 Northeast 10th Street, #201.
Customers at Master Bing can place their orders using a large screen upon arrival, with the option to dine in or take their food to go. The menu specializes in Jianbing, a popular Chinese street food known as a savory crepe or pancake. The offerings include a variety of flavors such as BBQ pork, Chinese donut, spicy crawfish, shredded beef, and fried chicken. Mini Jianbing options are also available in flavors like beef sausage, bacon & meat floss, and mushroom.
Master Bing is recognized for its authentic Chinese street food and officially opened its doors in October 2024, drawing a crowd with a line out the door on its first day. This is the first Master Bing location in Bellevue, adding to its existing locations in Seattle on University Way and in Portland.
The space was previously occupied by Creperito, a restaurant that opened in January 2024 and specialized in Asian-influenced crepes with Mexican flavors. However, Creperito closed within a year. The owner of Creperito, Robert Zhu, also owns Crepe Legends, which remains open at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila and follows a similar food concept.
Brio Apartments, where Master Bing is now located, sits at 11130 Northeast 10th Street. The complex is also home to Farine Bakery & Cafe, a well-known retailer that opened in September 2022 and offers baked goods and bistro fare.
