A special version of the classic Monopoly board game is shining a spotlight on Bellevue. MONOPOLY: Bellevue Edition launched for pre-order on October 6, giving fans a chance to buy, sell, and trade well-known spots around the city.
The new game features local landmarks such as Lake Washington, Bellevue Downtown Park, and Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi. Instead of the usual Atlantic City locations, this version highlights popular Bellevue destinations, parks, and local businesses.
Priced at $39.99 before tax, the game includes custom Bellevue-themed Monopoly money and eight unique playing pieces, including a dog, a cat, and a boat. “Stroll through Bellevue Downtown Park, take in stunning views of Lake Washington, and experience the city’s vibrant culture as you buy, sell, and trade iconic locations,” the company said in a statement.
Top Trumps USA, the company behind the project, first announced the Bellevue edition in September 2024. The game will also include custom Community Chest and Chance cards that reflect the city’s character and creativity.

Images of the new board and packaging haven’t been released yet but will be shared after the pre-order period ends.
