From Sevid Beauty to Medspa of Seattle, One88 Tower Location Closes

Medspa of Seattle in Bellevue

Medspa of Seattle, formerly known as Sevid Beauty, has closed its location inside the One88 luxury condominium tower in Downtown Bellevue.

The business originally opened as Sevid Beauty in February 2022, founded by owner Mikaela Kovacevich. Initially operating as an organic beauty spa, the business rebranded in July 2024 to Medspa of Seattle, shifting its focus to aesthetic and medspa services, including injectables and advanced skin treatments.

The medspa remained at the same location at 170 Bellevue Way NE, next to Takai by Kashiba.

Sevid Beauty announced the rebranding on its Instagram page, writing, “We are thrilled to announce that Sevid Beauty Spa is now officially Medspa of Seattle! As part of our transformation, we are committed to providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients in the Bellevue and Seattle communities. We invite you to follow our new page for updates and exciting content coming soon! At Medspa of Seattle, we are dedicated to ensuring that every experience you have with us is exceptional. Our talented team of injectors are here to offer you the highest quality services in aesthetics. Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new journey. We look forward to servicing you at Medspa of Seattle!”

The ownership group for the rebranded business was not specified.

While operating Sevid Beauty, Kovacevich had been in discussions with InterContinental Bellevue to manage the hotel’s future beauty salon and spa prior to its opening. We reached out for comment but have not received a response.

Home Comfort Alliance 300 x 250 - March 2026

As of October 2025, the retail space previously occupied by Medspa of Seattle is vacant. A “For Lease” sign is displayed in the window, and Colliers International is marketing the property.

The One88 tower, known for its luxury residences, features a limited number of retail tenants, including Takai by Kashiba, HSBC, and Semicolon Café.
