Alliance Realty Partners, LLC has submitted plans to build an eight-story, 278-unit apartment building on two adjacent lots in Bellevue’s Wilburton neighborhood. The project, called Broadstone North Wilburton, would include shops or other active spaces on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking with 291 stalls.
The site covers about 65,300 square feet and is zoned for mixed-use high-rise development.
Currently, the two lots contain two- and three-story medical office buildings with both above- and below-ground parking. Both buildings would be demolished to make way for the new apartments. Nearby properties are mostly offices and medical buildings.
The project would add more housing in the Wilburton area. About 20% of the apartments are expected to be affordable for households earning 80% of the area’s median income.
If approved, construction could start in March 2027 and finish by summer 2029.
In October 2025, Alliance Realty Partners also submitted plans for Broadstone East Wilburton, a 10-story, 442-unit apartment building with ground-level retail on a 2.3-acre site at 12000–12028 NE 8th Street and 12011 NE Bel-Red Road.
Broadstone East Wilburton would replace four existing buildings, including two offices and two small apartment buildings. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in December 2026 and finish by spring 2029.
