Cinnabon Bellevue Square

Cinnabon is relocating to a new space within Bellevue Square. The move will include the addition of soft serve to the brand’s menu, expanding its current product offerings. The new location is planned to open in spring 2026.

The bakery chain is currently located on the first level of the shopping center next to Sweet Factory and across from Anthropologie.

The new location will open next to Wetzel’s Pretzels, in the space previously occupied by Camper, which has permanently closed. Camper was a retail store that sold shoes for all ages and carried classic footwear styles and accessories.

The new Cinnabon location will serve soft serve, which is described by the brand as rich and smooth. The addition represents a new menu item category for Cinnabon.

Cinnabon and Carvel are both owned by GoTo Foods, formerly known as Focus Brands. The company also owns Auntie Anne’s and Jamba. Carvel is known for its real ice cream products, including its signature soft serve and hand dipped ice cream, which are made from dairy milk.

Cinnabon’s existing menu primarily features cinnamon rolls in several sizes including Classic, MiniBon, and BonBites, as well as specialty items such as Caramel PecanBon and OREO® Bon. The company operates more than 1,200 locations across 48 countries.
