3D Printing Expo Kicks off Friday in Downtown Bellevue

3D Printer Expo Bellevue DowntownThe 3D Printer World Expo, featuring 40 exhibitors, will take place on Friday and Saturday at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in downtown Bellevue.

Guests can learn about the new business applications of 3D printing in the expo hall and check out live 3D printer art on the main stage. One booth will entertain by printing Marvel Comics superheroes that feature event attendees’ faces.

The “Made in Space” printer, the first certified 3D printer for use on the International Space Station, will also be on site. Expo-goers can submit ideas for things to be printed at the space station and one idea will be chosen, according to the PSBJ.

About 4,000 people from around the world have pre-registered for the event. Tickets are still available.
