On Wednesday The Bellevue Collection hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the Lincoln Square expansion project that will have retail open later this month.
The construction for the common areas inside the project are nearing completion and the buildout for each tenant is in currently in motion. Many of the outside windows are covered by marketing identifying where each of the retail tenants will be located.
The interior common areas feel upscale and modern. Kemper Development Company also has done a nice job creating a familiar feel to its neighboring sister property.
