New information has been submitted to the City of Bellevue for the residential project, North of Main. Vander Hoek Corporation’s development is located in Old Bellevue at the address of 15 103rd Avenue Northeast.
The residential development is planned to be eight stories and 137-units. There will be two phases, according to new information on the permit application. The first phase consisting of 40 residential units and 11,400 square feet of retail space, which will make up three floors of the building, as well as two and a half levels of below-grade parking with 146 stalls.
The second phase for North of Main will be inclusive of the 97 remaining residential units.
The project will be located on Main Street and 103rd Avenue Northeast, where Lavender Spa, Matcha Magic, Araya’s Place, Glassybaby, and others.
Weber Thompson is the architect for the project and W.G. Clark is the general contractor.
Information was last submitted to the City of Bellevue in February 2023. North of Main is located across the street from the apartment building, Venn at Main, near retail like West Elm and Dough Zone.
Developer, Vander Hoek Corporation is an independent family-owned real estate development and property management company. They are located near their North of Main project, in Old Bellevue. Other properties that they have developed include Main Place Apartments and Courtyard Off Main Apartments.
