A new mixed-use project is being planned for 15 103rd Avenue Northeast. The plan for the development, North of Main, has been submitted for design review to the City of Bellevue.

The new development is an eight-story mixed use residential building with 140 apartment units. 11,000 square feet of space will be dedicated to ground floor retail and commercial space. There will also be 145 parking stalls located underground.

The architect for the project is Weber Thompson. The owner of the project is an independent family-owned real estate development and property management company, Vander Hoek Corporation.

Lavender Spa is currently located on the site where the development has been proposed. It is a small massage center.

The site is across the street from an apartment building called Venn at Main. Some of its retail space includes West Elm, Nana’s Green Tea, and Dough Zone.
