Evergreen Point Bistro is set to open to the public on September 18 at The Watermark at Bellevue, a senior living community in Downtown Bellevue. This is notable because senior living communities typically do not open their dining facilities to the public.

The bistro will be managed by Chef Sam Litvak, who oversees the dining options within the community. Evergreen Point Bistro will serve lunch and dinner with a rotating monthly menu featuring sandwiches, salads, and soups made from local ingredients. The restaurant will also offer beer and wine from Washington State. It will be open from 12 pm to 8 pm daily and has seating for 53 guests.

The first menu featured will include items like a classic Caesar salad with options to add crispy or grilled chicken or smoked salmon, burrata berry salad, smoked northwest salmon dip, BBQ brisket sandwich, grilled chicken caprese sandwich, and wild mushroom flatbread.

The Watermark at Bellevue, which opened in summer 2024, features a new 22-story Independent Living tower with 155 units and has recently started welcoming new residents. The community also includes Broadstone Savoie, a luxury multifamily building with 190 units, and offers a range of care options including Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The campus spans an entire city block and includes additional dining venues, wellness facilities, and activity spaces with views of Mount Rainier and the Cascades. Other on-site dining options include North of Main, a casual café, The Mark, a refined dining experience, Taboon, which specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, and the Sky Lounge, which provides city views with drinks and light bites. Vue offers elegant private dining.

Broadstone Savoie and The Watermark at Bellevue together form Bellevue’s first intergenerational residential community, designed to create connections among residents of all ages.
