SuperKim Khao Man Gai has officially opened at the base of Bellevue Towers, located at 460 106th Avenue Northeast in downtown Bellevue.
The restaurant specializes in Thai chicken and rice dishes, offering a menu inspired by traditional Bangkok street food.
Signature offerings include Khao Man Gai (poached chicken over fragrant jasmine rice simmered in rich chicken broth), Khao Man Gai Tod (southern Thai-style fried chicken), Khao Man Gai Combo (a mix of poached and Hatyai-style fried chicken), and Khao Na Bhet (slow-cooked duck).
To celebrate the launch, the first 50 guests will receive a complimentary Thai tea, exclusive limited-edition gifts from SuperKim, and access to launch-day-only specials.
SuperKim Khao Man Gai is the newest venture from the creator of SuperKim Crab House, which officially closed in early May 2025. According to a business representative, the closure stemmed from challenges with the kitchen infrastructure. The restaurant’s all-electric setup led to longer cooking times and difficulties maintaining heat consistency, which impacted preparation of the seafood-centric menu.
The new concept reflects a return to the chef’s culinary roots. According to SuperKim’s website, his passion for Thai cuisine began in childhood while observing his mother and grandmother cook with fresh ingredients and aromatic spices.
Although he later explored fusion cooking with the crab house concept, SuperKim Khao Man Gai marks a return to foundational Thai flavors and the simplicity of beloved street food staples.
