The Radiant Table Brings Immersive Dining Experience to Bellevue in August

The Radiant Table
The Radiant Table

A new immersive dining event, The Radiant Table, is coming to Bellevue Square this August, offering a four-course meal with 3D table projections and rotating chefs each night. The event is produced by SE Productions, the team behind other regional food events including Taste Washington, Bacon Eggs & Kegs, Sumo + Sushi, and Field to Table.

Originally launched in San Francisco in May, The Radiant Table combines food and technology to create a visually dynamic dining experience. Guests are greeted with a welcome drink in a lounge, followed by dinner where 3D art is projected onto each table. Beer, wine, and cocktails are also available for purchase throughout the evening.

Each night features a different regional chef, who introduces their menu and shares the story behind each course. The lineup includes chefs from several Downtown Bellevue restaurants.

Radiant Table Schedule

  • Friday, August 8 – Chef Brandon Muehl, Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi (Bellevue)
  • Thursday, August 14 – Chef Aaron Tekulve, Surrell (Seattle)
  • Thursday, August 21 – Chef Dan Koommoo, Crafted (Yakima)
  • Friday, August 22 – Chefs Jason Wilson & Daniel Strutton, The Lakehouse (Bellevue)
  • Saturday, August 23 – Chef Matt Lewis, Where Ya At Matt (Seattle)
  • Friday, August 29 – Chef Bobby Moore, Bis on Main (Bellevue)

Reservations for The Radiant Table are now open. Each night offers a new chef, a new menu, and an immersive dining experience.
